Payment Policy
Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up to 12 business days prior to the course and must be submitted in writing or via email. Phone cancellations will not be permitted. If you are registered for a course and fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount of tuition for the course.

 

Conduct and Professionalism
All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct while attending training courses. Participants should always remember that when attending any training course, they are representing their employer. Disruptive behavior may result in instructing a participant to leave the class and notifying his or her employer. Participants are expected to dress appropriately for training courses at all times. Appropriate dress is defined as “business casual”. Screen print T-shirts, shorts and flip-flops are not acceptable attire for training. If you have any questions, please contact us.
